This is an above average place to live in DC. It is two blocks from the green and orange/blue Metro lines. It is clean, quiet and cozy. The staff is friendly and there are so many amenities: fitness center, theater room, conference room, computer lab, rec room and outdoor pool, which is really nice but on the smaller side. It is walking distance from the new Yards Park, Nationals Stadium, Eastern Market and Barracks row. The bathrooms are larger then most baths, even in houses. The washers and dryers are located in the bathroom which is makes much more sense then placing them in the kitchens. I love my large walk-in closets too. The rent is competitive and I really like everything they have to offer. I've lived in DC for over a decade and this is a good place to be.-Samantha S.,
