I have lived at Axiom for 12 months and have been very happy with here. I haven’t had any maintenance or parking issues. The fixtures and utilities are very reliable. The gym is usually pretty empty as long as you avoid going right after work. All of the other residents seem happy and friendly; which you will find out while waiting with them for a few minutes for the elevators! I feel very safe in this neighborhood; there is police patrol regularly throughout the surrounding streets. Plus you have easy access to two Metro stations (Capitol South and Navy Yard). The Capitol is a 10 minute walk...when you first walk it you almost can't believe how close everything is. I have even walked from Union Station back home in less then 20 minutes.-Jessica K.,
