I've been leasing for 1.5 years, with my husband, and everything has been great thus far. We are young professionals so this type of building fits our lifestyle very well. The location and the amenities are great and the building in great shape. The leasing company is very professional and attentive as well as their maintenance staff. Once we had a clog in our sink and they came the very next day to fix it. They respect people's privacy. They are great with pets, as this is one of the few buildings that will accept them.
