I am writing as I (sadly) end my tenure in the Topaz House. I have lived here for 7 years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The building is quiet, with floors and ceilings made of concrete, so you would never know that anybody else lived on your floor! Maintenance is friendly and always gets to my requests the same day I make them (unheard of, and really helpful for female non-handy roommates!) The pool is gorgeous, and the area is really safe and lovely, and just a few short blocks from the metro. Each unit is really large, with big living spaces and enormous windows the length of the walls. I just can't say enough good things about living here! -Megan S,
