I have lived at Colvin Woods for 16 months and I love it here. The people in the office are a pleasure to work with and the surroundings are so beautiful. The apartments back up to Lake Fairfax, so it is very quiet and peaceful here. I am living in an older 1 bedroom den apartment and heat is included in the winter which I think is a bargain for the DC area. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that IF there is an early summer you have to wait until the AC is turned back on. Unless you are looking for a super modern apartment, try it here. They even have one building that is totally remodeled, if you want to pay a little more.-Carol B.,
