Apartment Showcase offers several ways to search our site depending on your particular needs.

HOW TO SEARCH USING THE HOME PAGE SEARCH
You can search by any of the following criteria:
Area Map
Search for apartments using our flash map to find an apartment in the area of your choice. Use the map or the drop-down list to start your area search. To multi-select cities in the drop-down, hold down "CTRL" and click on the cities you want to search. You can also include a price range and the bedroom number in your area search.

Proximity
Search for apartments in the proximity of a military base, university or a specific metro stop.

Zip Code
Search for apartments by Zip Code mile radius. Type in a Zip Code and then choose a Mile Radius.

Pet Friendly
Search for apartments that will accommodate your pet.
Search Pet Friendly >>
Amenities
Search by selecting the amenities you would like to have in your new place (for example, washers and dryers or concierge service).

Corporate
Search for apartments that offer corporate housing or short-term furnished/unfurnished apartments.
Search Corporate or Short Term >>
Web ID or Apartment Name
Search for apartments by Web ID or Apartment Name. Type in either the Web ID or Apartment Name. The Web ID can be found on our Apartment Showcase Guide Book.
Search using Web ID or Name >>
Management Company
Search for apartments managed by a specific Management Company.
Search using Management Company >>
HOW TO SEARCH USING THE ADVANCED APARTMENT SEARCH
Choose one of the following:
Area Map
Use the map or the drop-down list to start your area search. To multi-select cities in the drop-down, hold down "CTRL" and click on the cities you want to search.
Search using Advanced Search >>

Zip Code
Type in a Zip Code, then choose a Mile Radius.
Search using Advanced Search >>
OR
Web ID or Apartment Name
Type in either the Web ID, Apartment Name or Management Company. The Web ID can be found on our Apartment Showcase Guide Book.
Search using Advanced Search >>
Then pick out your search criteria:
Floorplans
Select your price range and then the number of bedrooms.
Special Features
Pick out properties that have videos, virtual tours, special maps and internet coupons.
Proximity
Find properties near a Metro Station, University or Military Base within a selected mile radius. Check on "Include proximity options in the search" to include this criteria in your search.
Other Options
Select the term length from the drop-down. By default, the search will look for unfurnished short-term leases. Check on "Furnished apartments only" for only furnished apartments. Check on "New apartment communities only" for only new communities.
Amenities
Select the amenities you want included in the search. Selecting only the most essential amenities will result in more 100% matches.

SEARCH RESULTS
Search PercentagesSearch percentages will indicate how much the Apartment Community matches your criteria. The percentage will be displayed left of each Apartment Name in your search results. A 100% indicates that the Apartment Community has fully matched all of your search criteria. Lower percentages indicate that the Apartment Community matches only some of their search criteria.
