Gates Hudson, one of the Washington Metro's leading property management firms, is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to become part of our growing portfolio in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

We have a position available in Forestville MD, and Hyattsville MD.

Requirements

Candidates must have excellent mechanical skills, experience in resident relations, plumbing & electrical work, hands on experience in HVAC repair, Boilers/Chillers and turnovers.

Must have 5 years experience and CFC certification.
