Requirements

Responsibilities for the Assistant to the President include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct telephone calls to appropriate corporate staff.
  • Handling Resident complaints and issues by working with the Property & Regional Managers.
  • Manage IT issues with the vendor.
  • Distribute mail appropriately to the corporate staff.
  • Order groceries and supplies for the corporate staff.
  • Set up bi-weekly executive agendas.
  • Track new hires and set up new hire packets.
  • Scanning checks into TB Deposit Wizard.
  • Scanning in documents to the server and distribute the scanned images to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist with binding and distributing K1's.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Senior Management Retreats.
  • Ensure that all the tax documents get signed and mailed out to Attorneys and IRS in a timely manner.
  • Order and set up corporate cell phones.
  • General "go-to" person to help problem solve at HQ and at the properties.
  • Manage the President's work and personal agenda.
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective clients, business partners and other clientele to schedule meetings and conferences.
