Description
Northwest, DC is approximately bordered by Constitution Avenue and Madison Drive to the south and North Capitol Street to the east. The area is also the site of major landmarks such as the White House, Washington Monument, Verizon Center, Washington Convention Center, Rock Creek Park, National Zoological Park, parts of the National Mall, and many federal government buildings such as the IMF, FBI, IRS, and GSA. The area also has many hospitals and universities -- Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Georgetown University, Georgetown Hospital, Howard University, Howard University Hospital, and the Washington Hospital Center.
Major neighborhoods in Northwest, DC are Van Ness, Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, Adams Morgan, Chinatown/Mount Vernon Square, Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, and Dupont Circle.
Northwest DC has many 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3+ bedroom apartments available for rent.
