But sometimes, sometimes you like to dream, and dream big. You dream you make enough to buy the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe, or even the 560-horsepower Audi RS 7 … then you wake up.

But for just $12 you can see these magnificent vehicles up close and personal, and quite a few more, at the 2014 Washington Auto Show, which returns to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on January 23 through February 2. And if you want to make like one of these rides is on order, you can do that too. This just may be your Time to Pretend.
And if you have kids, they can pretend along with you. Tickets for children 6-12 go for $5, and kids 5 and under get in free. For more discounts, check the site. That same link will give you the show’s hours; it opens at either 10 a.m. or noon and closes at 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. (during the two Sundays, the show ends at 7 p.m. and 6 p.m.).
