Our 233 apartment homes were built in 2014, and we present for your selection studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes. Our designer kitchens have islands on wheels, quartz countertops, and energy efficient stainless steel appliances. The baths provide walk-in showers with frameless glass doors. Each home has a full-sized washer and dryer, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, designer lighting, oak floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with solar shades. Stop by the large outdoor pool for a swim or hangout at the Residents Lounge with entertainment bar. From the rooftop you will have far and wide views, being able to see things like the Washington Monument and the National Cathedral. Wi-Fi is free within the common areas, and central heat and air conditioning is provided for seasonal comfort. Our community fitness center, media room, and barbeque grills are available to our community residents. Our door attendant located near the elevators will assist you and our staff will accept your packages in your absence. We also provide storage for your bicycle. Controlled access to our community is provided. Underground and in-building garage parking is available with additional parking off-street. Disability access is provided with no barriers.
