Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, 7-Eleven, book lounge, Suitland Park, schools, convenience stores, entertainment, pharmacies, and the Airmen Memorial Museum. We are also adjacent to Linear Park.
Our spacious apartment homes are available with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. The gourmet kitchens have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerators with icemakers, and full-sized pantries. The bathrooms have nice tile floors and garden/spa tubs. Enjoy hardwood floors, high ceilings, separate dining room, and large windows with coverings.
Each home is equipped with full-sized washers and dryers. To stay connected, Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet, cable or satellite, and Verizon FiOS is available. Each home has individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and a private balcony. Elevators are the best way to get up and down, unless you like stairs for exercising.
The Cyber Caf with Internet-enabled terminals is a place where you can socialize with your friends here. The courtyard pool with sundeck, lounge chairs, and an airy trelliswork above invites you to relax and have a cool dip in the pool.
