The property is less than a mile from Indian Head Highway and Capital Beltway (Interstate 95 and 495) is also just a short distance away. The local high school and elementary school are both within a short distance of the property and there is a bus stop located within a five minute walk of the apartments. The apartments are within eight miles of the downtown DC area and residents also enjoy proximity to the Potomac River. Colonial Village features floor plan options ranging from studio to three bedroom apartments. All of the apartments are extremely affordable and both cats and dogs are allowed on the property. All utilities are included in the cost of rent and there are ceiling fans and individually controlled heating and air units in each apartment to help keep room temperatures at optimal levels.
